Empowering the Organizations That Empower Youth

The war in Ukraine has displaced millions, disrupting education and employment for young people who now risk social exclusion and economic instability. Youth NGOs are on the front lines, but they often operate with limited resources.

PACE (Promoting Access, Collaboration, and Empowerment) is an EU-funded initiative designed to bridge this gap. We provide structured training, mentoring, and digital learning resources to youth organizations, equipping them to deliver scalable, high-quality support to displaced youth.

 

 

Our goal is simple: To ensure that young people affected by conflict have the skills, confidence, and networks they need to rebuild their lives.

 

What we provide

  1. Capacity Building & Training - We equip youth workers and NGOs with structured training in trauma-informed care, digital inclusion, financial literacy, and social entrepreneurship.
  2. Digital Learning Portal - Access a centralized, open-access hub of training materials and educational resources designed to work in remote or challenging conditions.
  3. Youth Support Programmes - Through our trained partner NGOs, we deliver direct support to young Ukrainians, focusing on non-formal education, career pathways, and civic engagement.
  4. Cross-Border Collaboration - We foster a strong regional network between Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia, facilitating peer learning and the sharing of best practices across borders.
