Strengthening the capacity of youth organizations in Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia to provide education, employability, and hope to displaced young people.

The war in Ukraine has displaced millions, disrupting education and employment for young people who now risk social exclusion and economic instability. Youth NGOs are on the front lines, but they often operate with limited resources.
PACE (Promoting Access, Collaboration, and Empowerment) is an EU-funded initiative designed to bridge this gap. We provide structured training, mentoring, and digital learning resources to youth organizations, equipping them to deliver scalable, high-quality support to displaced youth.
Our goal is simple: To ensure that young people affected by conflict have the skills, confidence, and networks they need to rebuild their lives.

Are you a Youth NGO, youth worker, or stakeholder in Ukraine, Moldova, or Georgia? Register your interest to receive updates on training modules, access our digital tools, and join our peer-learning network.
